I have a newer hot tub (2 yrs) and needed filters. I could not locate anywhere online by the manufacturer of the tub, a well known brand. Even the manufacturer website and manuals would not tell me what size the filters were. Your site was excellent in offering a measurement guide. It was perfect. The filter selection even listed the manufacturer. I received a case of filters this week. Perfect! Your follow-up letter was also appreciated. I will definitely be returning for other product. Folks, there are a couple reviews out there with very negative comments. Forget them. Spa-Daddy is excellent!

I ordered a spa filter at noon on Wednesday and the filter was hand delivered to my door (usps) at noon on Friday. That has got to be the Gold Standard of service from Michigan to Seattle, Washington. I am soooo impressed with the service from Spa-Daddy. Wow! What a perfect experience ordering a few hot tub filters... very intuitive without the extra trash. I measured my filter, put in the numbers, and the site came back with just the filter I need... all in about 3-4 minutes total time. AND, I love that you have PayPal so I didn't have find a credit card, type in those numbers, etc. Excellent experience - you should be proud to have, what I consider, the best ordering site on the Internet. I could not find replacement filters for our 20 yr old pool at any of my local pool companies in Hartford, CT, but Spa-Daddy had them. When I finally found a local company that could order them, their price was $360 for the set of 4 -- Spa-Daddy only charged $147. It was a no brainer. Spa-Daddy accidentally only shipped me one of the four filters, but as soon as I called, they immediately and courteously remedied the situation and shipped out the remaining three filters the following morning. I actually got a live person on the first ring -- a rarity for online shopping, I have discovered. I'll definitely be ordering all of my replacement parts from them and heartily recommend them to any pool owner.

I am new to spa ownership and have 'inherited' an older hot tub as a result of a home purchase. We had no owner's manual, no knowledge of hot tubs and we needed to put in a filter. Spa-Daddy customer service was exceptional - our spa was not standard, we didn't have a previous filter to go by and no knowledge of model number, Fred was patient, knowledgeable, well spoken and was able to determine a filter solution for us. All this and the result included significant dollar savings
The filter was a huge help, but the insights and patience were especially appreciated - we try not to be uninformed, but this was certainly our challenge going into this.
